A holistic way of healing your body, lead you to a world without pain.

Let us show you how Structural Integration can help you:

Structural Integration (SI) is a type of bodywork that focuses on the connective tissue, or fascia, and alignment of the body. It is practiced in an organized series of sessions or individual sessions within a framework that is designed to restore postural balance by aligning and integrating the body in gravity.

Structural Integration can release areas of fascia to restore it to a more a "normal" state. The results can be shown as a more balanced structure, increased range of motion, and more efficient movement, reduced stress, increased economy of movement, decreased fatigue, and reduced pain.

A study shows "Structural Integration purports to improve bio-mechanical functioning as a whole by progressively approximating specific ideals of posture and movement, rather than to treat particular symptoms. ”

To restore the body structure, techniques are applied to restore the skin, tendons and deep layer of soft tissues in a particular sequence. The process is performed in a gentle, safe and painless way, in which client does not exert any force and the muscles don't contract.

During the structural restoration process, when the system is coherent and complete, the client can also contract certain muscles actively. This method can separate the adhesion of muscles at different levels, and can also make the muscles across joints more accurately aligned.

Structural Integration can help with the following conditions:
